I've tried to call a few times without catching any of you, so I'm resorting to email to express my gratitude for your one-of-a- kind courtesy, thoughtfulness and professionalism.
I really can't thank you enough for having restored my Volvo s60r to its original, dazzling condition. Actually, you've perfected the original , to the point that I haven't driven it since it arrived home- It's WAY too gorgeous and clean to risk getting any dust, construction debris, crumbs or pet hair anywhere near it.
I didn't, however, have any scruples whatsoever about reducing your delicious gift to a pile of empty wrappers.

I would like to let you know what a fantastic job you did on my car.
I called to make an appointment and the staff was helpful and friendly and fit me in the next day. I met with Rich who evaluated the damage on my vehicle and gave me an estimate and took extra time to go over all my options. I have an incredibly tight schedule and Rich and your staff went about and beyond to accommodate me. It is a refreshing change to be treated so graciously. The car was ready on time and when I picked it up it had been washed, inside and out, and there was a nice little gift basket on the seat for me. Not only does the repair look phenomenal but it was a pleasant surprise for the car to be so clean as well.

...From my first call too Airport Auto Body, I was treated with the courtesy and professionlism. Tony made an appointment that was convenient with my work schedule-was friendly and helpful and took a careful look at my car's problems and offered his best advice. My car had failed inspection-in part with a notation that the windshield washer mechanism wasn't working. Tony looked at it-and rather than just estimating the cost of parts and labor for repair-puzzled a little about the fact that it wasn't working-noticed the reservoir was empty. He paused to put some fluid in to check it out. Ta-da, it worked just fine. For me as a customer at a place I'd never been before-this spoke volumes. I'd have assumed the person who'd done my inspection would have seen this-as a consumer in that moment and situation I was vulnerable. I was assuming that there was a legitimate problem based on the inspectors report and if Tony had estimated parts and labor to replace the mechanism I wouldn't have questioned it. Instead of taking advantage of the situation however, he was honest. As a consumer, this meant a great deal to me. It spoke to me of an honest businessman and safe place for me to bring my business.

I did bring my car back to Airport Road AutoBody for repairs last week and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient to my schedule-brought my car in and trusted that only work that needed to be done would be done. A problem that arose prompted a call to the dealership with warranty questions-and they were able to resolved, ultimately saving me several hundreds of dollars. This was a great relief to me. When I retrieved my car-with repairs done thoroughly and on time- I found it freshly washed and waxed-with even the tires shining. On the passenger seat was a little gift bag with the tally of my bill, an air fresher and a little box of Halloween candies in addition to a warm letter thanking me for my patronage, reminding me of your customer satisfactions guarantee and inviting my response to your survey. Very, very impressive service, beginning to end.

Based on my experience with your business, you can bet that I will return in the event that I need auto body services in the future. I will make my satisfaction known to my MINI dealer and I will go out of my way to recommend Airport AutoBody whenever the opportunity arises.
